Learnings from a major chemical company
We helped a major New York chemical company utilize the hydrogen it produces as a by-product for steam production. To do that, our engineers developed an integrated boiler/burner system to efficiently and safely fire hydrogen, significantly reducing the company’s carbon footprint.
As an added challenge, a relatively high turndown of 20 to 1 was required to make this project viable and it had to be accomplished with only seven psig of available H2 pressure.
